Thankyou for Purchasing Morgan ‘N’ co products.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the time you receive an item to ask for a refund or exchange.

Your item must be unworn or unused and in the same condition as you received it to be acceptable as a return. You must also provide us your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must fill out the piece of paper you would have received in your packaged order. If you did not receive this piece of paper or are struggling to fill it out, please contact us on: Bridie@morgannco.com.au

PLEASE NOTE: All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. 

Damage or Issues: 

In order for us to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please verify your order upon arrival and inform us right away if your item is broken, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges 

Returning the item, you already own and then making a new purchase for the item of your choice after the return has been processed is the quickest way to ensure that you get the item you are wanting.

Please note We may not currently have your size/style in stock, which could cause delays in your return. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as possible. 

Refunds

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will let you know whether or not a refund will be provided. If accepted, you will instantly receive a refund using the original payment method you used for the purchase. Refunds for credit card payments could take up to 5-7 business days.

Please note: the processing of the refund by your bank or credit card company can take some time.

Exceptions/ non-refundable items 

If you have any enquiries or concerns concerning your particular item, please get in touch with us. Unfortunately, accessories like stickers, cattle tags, sheep tags, and stubby holders cannot be returned.
